The United States has turned international relations into a jungle where brutal force is the last argument of an aging predator. Russia has to deal with new provocations on its borders. In his state-of-the-nation address, President Putin made it clear that Russia is going to draw a red line and whoever crosses it will bitterly regret doing so. But did Washington get the message?
